Radio silence since the summer, sorry, but no shortage of activity. Selecting photos for my annual Christmas letter has reminded me of the many very special activities. We had a wonderful family summer at Dewees, including 4 days at Disney, surprisingly not too hot or too crowded. Some golf outings, including California with Andy and friends, and a recent trip to Hawaii with the Wiers. Many good social times also with the Dewees community, and a just-finished family celebration of Thanksgiving on Dewees with all the trimmings, thank you Princess. Fishing was not contagious, but crabs plentiful. We have been busy with Fred books, including a booth at a reptile show! “When Fred the Snake got squished” won a prize for the best rhyming children’s book in New York! The third book “When Jungle JIm comes to visit Fred the Snake” should be out before Christmas. Bonnie has again done a great job with the illustrations.
